Mini LA Restaurant Guide

I have been eating out A LOT this weekend - too much!! But there have been a few special occasions so it's ok:) To the point, I've been to some pretty cool places this weekend so I thought I'd share it with you guys! Started out at STK on Friday for a friend's birthday. It's a cool, fancy steak restaurant that has a little bit of a nightclub vibe. Basically, my type of restaurant, I've been there a lot of times. BUT I went to two other, kind of hipster places this weekend that I LOVED, and I'm not usually in to the hipster scene. Actually, the places weren't even that hipster, it's just that they were in Silverlake, which is a very hipster area..

Here we go...

CAFE STELLA

I had dinner here on Saturday night with some old friends from my hometown and it was SUPER cozy. The cuisine is French and the food was delicious. It had a really French village/Italian vibe which I loved!

CLIFF'S EDGE
After dinner at Cafe Stella, we walked over to Cliff's Edge, and WOW. It was like walking in to a djungle - it was so coool! We only had drinks there so I don't know about the food, but the interior was just so amazing, different and cozy.

Soo, I guess I'm going to be hanging out more in Silverlake in the future :D It's kind of nice to find new, cool restaurants like these even after 5 years of living in this city.
