New Year's Eve in Las Vegas Photo Diary

My family came over to Los Angeles for Christmas and for New Year's Eve we decided to go to Vegas. We had so much fun, but the weather was so freezing. You would think I would be used to it growing up in Sweden, but 5 years of living in LA has made me so spoiled ;/ hehe. Here are my photos from the trip..

I flew in to Vegas in the evening of the 30th to meet up with my family who got there one day before. During the day of the 31st we just walked around the strip and did some last minute shopping for the evening.
Time to get ready for the big night. I ended up wearing different earrings. I really wanted to wear these green ones, but I just don't feel comfortable in big earrings..
The result :P I really had to rush getting ready as we spent too long shopping during the day. I showered, and did my make up, hair AND nails in less than 45 min. Pretty good, right? :D
It was freezing, so I was glad to wear a long-sleeved dress. I got this one years ago from Bcbg Max Azria.
We had dinner inside The Venetian. It's so pretty there. It really feels like your outside, but you're actually inside.. The roof is painted and shaped so well to make it feel real.. It feels like you are walking around in Venice.
With my brother at the restaurant.
After dinner, we went to see the Britney Spears show at Planet Hollywood. This is when we were waiting for her to come out on stage. The show was so good and entertaining, and it was cool to see one of the world's biggest pop stars live. I danced and sung along to all the songs that I used to LOVE as a teenager :D
This is when she performed "Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman', which was one of my favorite songs for sooo long growing up :D After this photo was taken, my phone died so I wasn't able to take more photos during the night. Which was too bad because the fire works on the strip were soo amazing, I wish I could have captured it.. Anyways, it was a great New Year's Eve and I'm so glad that I got to spend it with my family. 2014 has been a good year for me, but I know that 2015 is going to be even better:):)
This is what my "The Day After" breakfast looked like :P We had breakfast at the Cravings buffet at The Mirage, where we were staying.
The first day of 2015 was sunny but freeezzziiing :D
Just being a tourist :D
This beanie stayed on my head for the whole trip (except New Year's Eve) lol.
Delicious candy drink at Sugar Factory. I wasn't excactly healthy during the couple days of 2015, but I guess my new life starts now when I'm back in LA, lol
Yum yum yum, I love ice cream/cookie sandwiches.
We liked The Venetian so much that we decided to have dinner there on the 1st as well :D
I flew back to LA early the morning after. It was really sad to say good bye to the family, but I'm so happy that they visited. Now it's back to working hard and make sure that 2015 will be an amazing year! xx Susanne
